Luckista Unite is a Youth and Women Focused Organization with a purpose to advance the social and economic empowerment of youth and women as well as addressing their humanitarian needs. Luckista Unite was founded by current and former Refugees to support Refugees, IDPs, Returnees and their host communities. Luckista Unite implements development and Humanitarian programs in South Sudan. Our projects are geared towards reducing suffering of the most vulnerable members of the society especially Youth and Women affected by conflict and natural disasters to recover and lead a dignified life. We collaborate with partners and donor agencies to design and implement development and humanitarian programs through collaborative efforts to improve efficiency in services delivery. because know who do not those how to pursue pleasures rationally encounter consequences that are extremely painful desires to obtain.

Timeline of Events
Founding Idea
Refugees and returnees in South Sudan came together with a shared vision to empower youth and women, addressing challenges of displacement, poverty, and conflict.
2022
Official Establishment
Luckista Unite was formally registered as a community-based organization. First small-scale livelihood and skills training programs launched in refugee-hosting communities.
2022
Expansion of Programs
Introduced education support initiatives including literacy and numeracy programs. Began youth leadership and peacebuilding forums to tackle inter-communal conflict.
2023
Humanitarian Response
Responded to humanitarian crises with food distribution, healthcare support, and emergency relief. Supported over 2,000 vulnerable families with basic needs during conflict displacement.

Women’s Empowerment Milestone
Launched entrepreneurship and financial inclusion projects for women and youth. Supported the formation of savings groups and SACCOs across several communities.

Protection & Advocacy
Rolled out child protection and GBV programs, creating safe spaces for children and adolescents. Advocated for women’s rights and gender equality at local and national forums.

Climate & Sustainability Programs
Integrated climate change adaptation into livelihood programs. Supported farming cooperatives with irrigation, mechanized agriculture, and value chain improvements.
